The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved with returning an item. Items must be returned within 30 days and in 'unworn' condition. We do not accept returns on clearance items or discontinued items. Payment Policy Derbytees is not responsible, under any circumstance, for over-limit, over-draft, or any other service fees associated with the customer's credit card, debit card, paypal or checking account used to make a purchase.
Shipping Policy All orders are shipped out within 7-10 days after the order date. We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). As a courtesy to our customers, we also provide free Delivery Confirmation to provide a number for tracking packages. Due to recent problems with postal delivery, once the packages are taken to the Post Office, Derbytees.com is no longer responsible for delivery. We will provide you with a Confirmation Number, and the customer will have to contact the Post Office to resolve the issue.
Insurance: There will be an option at checkout to add insurance to your order, which will cover the contents of your package if it becomes lost. If the insurance option is not chosen, Derbytees.com is not resposible for replacing lost or damaged packages.
