Q: My order is for Christmas gifts. When do I have to place my order to make sure I receive it before Christmas Day?
A: According to the US Postal Service, all orders shipped out on (or before) Monday, December 20th will be delivered before December 25th.


Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.


Q: When I look up my order, the status says "Shipped" but the ship date is in the future. Why?
A: If the ship date is in the future, this is the target date for the order to ship out of our facility.
